Shipping & Handling

All order are shipped via Australia Post (within Australia). If you are located on the Gold Coast, you are more than welcome to pick up - just shoot me a text on 0424 160 318 and I will give you the locals pick up code if required.

All orders over $100 will qualify for free postage with Australia Post. I can also over delivery within a 5km radius of Carrara (Gold Coast) for free with a minimum spend of $30.00. Please text / email me if you have any questions about delivery.

Please ensure your address is entered in correctly at the time of checkout so we can avoid any issues with Australia Post! Sew Ginger will not be held responsible for any lost items - once Australia Post has taken delivery of the parcel, it becomes Australia Post responsibility - we can lodge claims if items do go missing as all items shipped come with a tracking number. Please contact me though if you have any issues with your delivery so we can try get it sorted. If your parcel isn't collected in time from the post office and returned to sender, you will need to organise a redelivery with me and will be charged for freight again unfortunately.

Returns & Exchanges

Sew Ginger does not accept refunds or exchanges based on change of mind purchases unfortunately - or for incorrect purchases due to not reading the description correctly at time of order. Please ensure you read the product information carefully as this is the buyer's responsibility. As noted, vinyl products are hard to photograph so we try our hardest to display the correct colour but they may be slightly different shade in person.
